Cohort Volunteer Opportunities

Help empower women returning to the workforce by volunteering with Her Re-Launch. We offer several meaningful ways to share your expertise and make a real difference in someone's career journey. Our program runs twice yearly (spring and fall), and we're currently seeking experienced allies for the following roles. Please sign up below, and we'll contact you when our next cohort begins on March 19!

Mentors
Time Commitment: One hour per month for four months
Description: Guide participants through their career relaunch journey, sharing your professional insights and helping them develop effective career strategies.

Coffee Chat Facilitators
Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per session (typically 2 sessions per cohort)
Description: Lead and/or participate group networking calls. We sometimes look for HR professionals for "Ask Me Anything" sessions about recruiting and job search topics as well.

Resume/Linkedin Reviewers
Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per session (typically 1 workshop per cohort)
Description: Provide constructive feedback on participants' resumes and LinkedIn profiles to help them present their skills and experience effectively.

Mock Interviewers
Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per session (typically 1 workshop per cohort)
Description: Conduct practice interviews with participants and offer valuable feedback to improve their interview performance and confidence.

Please note: We typically reach out to volunteers who sign up a few months before our next cohort starts to see if you’re still available and want to help.
