Here at Her Allies, we know that often a good professional network is what it takes to land that next job. We are determined to connect women through a network of allies and support them with the necessary resources, especially for women who are trying to get their careers rebooted after significant time off. We hope to empower women with that extra little support to be the best of who they choose to be.

According to the recent McKinsey Women in the Workplace report, the COVID 19 crisis could set women back half a decade.
Fewer women (9%) eventually make it to leadership positions because of the breaks and inability to get their careers back on track.
RE-LAUNCH HER COHORT
A six month program with select women ready to get back into the job market immediately. Each individual will be aligned with a support network comprising of mentors, career coaches, HR coaches, connections to a returner community and other allies that will support them towards their goal of getting their career re-launched after a break.
NETWORK OF ALLIES
Connecting women looking to re-launch their careers with allies and returners who will become their support system through their re-launch journey. This network provides support through mentorship, connections, and resume reviews.
Regular Workshops and Events that provide reskill, upskill and job application skills for women looking for specific area of help during their career re-launch.
